U17 Basketball Team To Participate In Tour
The Bermuda Basketball Association [BBA] is taking an U17 Junior Men’s National Team to Ontario, Canada to participate in a development tour at IEM Basketball from July 18 to 25, 2023.
A spokesperson said, “IEM Basketball is York’s largest basketball organization for boys and girls with over 2,000 players and over 175 coaches making IEM one of the fastest growing basketball programs in Ontario.
“The U17 team will play eight games in four days against various IEM select teams. To prepare for this upcoming tour players had to commit to twice-weekly training as well as play on Saturdays in Bermuda Youth Basketball [BYB] Youth Spring League the BBA’s official youth program partner. The BBA wishes to thank our corporate sponsors, parents/ family and members of the public who supported our fundraising events.”
